A motorcyclist is critically injured due to a most common occurrence, the failure to yield a right of way by the driver of an SUV.
It happened at 84th and Avenue J Thursday night. The cyclist Ethan Hagler was traveling Eastbound on 84th when he collided in the intersection.
The driver of the SUV 56-year-old Billy Stubblefield was not injured. Troopers report he was driving on a suspended license.
