City Council debated three courses of action they can take concerning the complaints employees filed against Councilman Victor Hernandez, City Manager Lee Ann Dumbauld's actions related to them and her employment status.

There's still more to come because council took no official action on the matter. Mayor Glen Robertson said members were briefed on three scenarios all involving whether they should continue down the road with or without her.

"They include termination for cause, termination with no cause, or quite frankly doing nothing," he said. "Council could not come into a complete consensus for several reasons. We don't have final numbers if it were a severance agreement issue."

Robertson hopes council will resolve this when they reengage the issue next Thursday.

There have been members of the public that wanted her terminated for some time. Her recent abuse of authority is merely the icing on the corruption cake. Those on the bench who deliberately and willfully elect to keep her on the payroll, are her weak-hearted accomplices. Hopefully, God will issue a few more Cardiac Arrest Warrants so the blight can be removed from city hall. TERMINATION WITH CAUSE is the answer
