A teenaged mother will serve 25 years for aggravated robbery in a case that drew national attention back in June. News outlets throughout the country played LPD dashcam video of Delilah Trevino's 18-month-old daughter being ejected from an SUV as it rolled over, only to walk away unscathed.

Trevino, 17, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for her role in the robbery of a woman at gunpoint in the Depot District in June. Police say Trevino left in an SUV with her 18-month-old daughter, the toddler's father, and two other juveniles inside.

The police dashcam video from an officer pursuing the suspect's vehicle clearly showed the crash near 37th Street and Avenue P, and the child being thrown from the SUV as it rolled. Looking little more than confused , she was able to stand and run back to the vehicle. She was hospitalized for a short time, then placed under the care of relatives.

The toddler's father, 18-year-old Kenny Jimenez, is serving a life sentence for an aggravated robbery conviction for the crime.
