Judge dismisses motion in tasing lawsuit
A federal judge denies a motion to dismiss a lawsuit related to a 2009 traffic stop tasing. Belinda Sarabia is suing police officer Sadie Hockenberry and the City of Lubbock. Sarabia was a passenger in the vehicle.
Three former TTU track members indicted
Three now former members of Texas Tech's track team indicted on aggravated robbery charges. 20-year-old Gil Roberts, 20-year-old Lamont Adams and 21-year-old Timothy Foster were jailed on organized crime and robbery charges and accused of stealing from Academy Sports on 19th Street.

A Lubbock man pleads guilty to a felony charge of interference with a flight crew on a plane traveling from Kansas City to Portland.
