The weather will take a 180 compared to this weekend. Our 70 degree temperatures are quickly heading out for this week and being replaced by well above average temperatures. It may be hard to believe, especially after a low this morning of 43 degrees, but we'll definitely see a bump in temperatures.
The cold front from early Saturday left very dry air behind it. Because of that we will see a large temperature fluctuation from night to afternoon in the next couple days. The dry air will allow us to cool off significantly in the morning and also help us warm up faster in the afternoon.
Tomorrow morning won't be as cool as Sunday, getting into the upper 40s to low 50s, but still below that 53 degree average. The afternoon will be a different story with a high near 90 and plenty of sun. Mornings will level off near 60 through Friday while afternoon highs remain near 90 through Thursday.
The big chance of the week arrives sometime mid-morning on Friday in the way of a strong cold front. This will likely be a dry system, models aren't showing rain with this front at all yet. For now, expect strong winds on Friday and a big dip in temperatures down to the 70s and maybe even cooler for the weekend.
I'll be on the News at Nine tonight with Bailey and Nick, Matt will have your updated forecast in the morning!
