Dew points in the mid 20s mean it's pretty dry out there across the South Plains, that means the clear skies will remain through the game tonight but it also means a pretty quick cool down by the time the game is over, so bring a jacket! Winds will be breezy from the south southwest at 10 to 15 mph, gusts slightly stronger.
Mostly clear skies remain over night, we'll drop into the upper 30s to low 40s. By the evening hours tomorrow, clouds will start to build in and dew points will slowly rise as a tropical depression to our south pushes moisture into the South Plains. Expect a high in the mid to upper 60s tomorrow.
Monday will be slightly warmer as warm air and continued moisture enter the area, beginning the day in the mid 40s with a high in the low 70s and partly cloudy skies.
An upper level trough scoots into the region from our north west on Monday night which is when we have our next chance for rain begin. We might see a few tenths of an inch of rain, give or take, for some parts of the area on Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies, but that system moves east pretty quickly and we dry up by Wednesday.
Cooler temperatures also arrive as that trough moves east so we'll be near 60 for Wednesday though Friday with sunny skies.
