The chance for storms that we've had over the last week will weaken today and even more so in the coming days. A high pressure system that has sat to our west for the last week will start to swing back towards our region bringing a little more stability to the atmosphere as it does.

That being said, we could still see a very slight chance tonight and Saturday night for some isolated showers and/or thunderstorms, but those will likely be limited to our very far northwestern zones.

The high will also give us drier conditions with mostly sunny skies and warmer afternoons. Temperatures will sit in the mid 90s to end the week and all the way into the start of the work week with southerly winds around 10 to 20 mph through mid week.

Expect morning lows to sit near 70 for the next couple of days as well.

We hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July holiday and have a great weekend as well. Matt will be back in the mornings on Monday!
