A cold front moved through this morning ushering in slightly cooler air and setting us up with windy conditions during the late morning and early afternoon hours. Below is a look at some of our morning lows and afternoon highs from today.
The wind started to relax early this afternoon and will remain light tonight. We will stay under a mostly clear sky with temperatures cooling into the mid to upper 30s for most of us tomorrow, although we could see a few freezing temperatures across our northern counties. The wind will shift back to the south and be about 10-20mph tomorrow and on Thursday as we will stay under a sunny sky. Sunny conditions will stick around for the rest of the week with temperatures gradually getting a bit warmer each day until we see afternoon temperatures in the 80s by the end of the week.
The wind will be a bit stronger starting on Friday and we will continue with breezy conditions right into the beginning of next week. The only change in this weather pattern will be small, as a weak cold front looks to move through sometime between Saturday and Sunday but will only cool us down by about 5-10 degrees. This means above average temperatures and overall quite weather can be expected for the next seven days.
** We might see a few high clouds tonight but mostly clear conditions should allow us to get a clear few of Comet PANSTARRS. You should be able to catch a glimpse of the comet after sunset just to the west of the crescent moon. For more information about the comet and how to view it,
