After a cold start to the day in turned out to be near perfect with temperatures warming to around 70 degrees this afternoon and just a light breeze of about 5-15mph throughout the day. Below is a look at some of our morning lows and afternoon highs from today.
A cold front will move through tomorrow morning setting us up with a breezy and slightly cooler day although nothing too bad. We will warm to about 60 degrees in the afternoon but when you factor in the northeast breeze of about 15-25mph it will feel like it’s in the 40s and 50s most of the day. We could see a few more high clouds but they won’t affect our weather any and we should still see plenty of sunshine.
The cool down will be short lived as temperatures will rebound back into the upper 60s and lower 70s on Wednesday and mid 70s on Thursday. Added to the slightly above average temperatures we will stay under a sunny sky and hold a light breeze of about 5-15mph making the middle of the week very nice.
The wind will pick up at the end of the week and this weekend as we expect breezy conditions, but nothing like we had this past weekend. Temperatures will be even warmer as we will see afternoon highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Our next cold front looks to move through at the beginning of next week but again it doesn’t look like we will see any rain, just a slight cool down.
I hope you had a great weekend and enjoyed the nice weather we had today. Join us tonight on the News at Nine for the latest News, Weather and Sports. Matt will have an updated forecast for you tomorrow morning.
