Today turned out almost identical to yesterday with morning lows starting off in the 60s and afternoon highs in the 90s. Below is a look at some of our morning lows and afternoon highs from today.
The cold front is still on track to move through late tomorrow evening. Since the front won’t move through until later in the day we should still warm into the lower 90s with a west/southwest breeze about 10-20mph. Once the front moves through the wind will shift to the north and become quite strong, about 20-30mph sustained with gusts up to 40mph possible. Below is the Friday Night High School Football forecast.
On Saturday morning most of us will cool down into the upper 30s and lower 40s although some of our northern most communities could flirt with their first frost or even light freeze of the season. When you factor in the wind, for all of us it will feel like it’s freezing. The wind will stay breezy on Saturday as we only warm into the 60s in the afternoon.
We start a gradual warm up on Sunday as we top out in the mid 70s and eventually will warm back into the mid 80s by the middle of next week.
