We are wrapping up another nice day with slightly below average temperatures this morning and slightly above average temperatures today. Below is a look at some of our morning lows and afternoon highs from today.

We will see a few more clouds tonight across our southern counties but those will erode during the day tomorrow allowing us to enjoy a sunny day. The wind will pick up from the southwest to about 15-25mph helping to warm our temperatures into the upper 50s and lower 60s in the afternoon.

A strong cold front will move through late Saturday clearing the region early Sunday morning. Behind the front we will have a strong north wind between 20-30mph with gusts up to 40mph. Temperatures will only warm into the upper 30s and when you factor in the wind it will feel like its freezing throughout the day. There will be an increase of clouds on Sunday with possibly some freezing drizzle but overall chances for precipitation do not look good.

Clouds clear out and temperatures start to warm on Monday with overall nice and quiet weather for the rest of the week. Afternoon temperatures will warm into the upper 50s for New Years Eve and New Years Day with a light freeze expected New Years morning.

Happy Friday and I hope you have a great weekend! I will step you through the forecast tonight on the News at Nine and Caitlin will have all the updates for you this weekend.
