Sir my name is Matthew Davis and as a tenant at the Baytree apartments I just wanted to thank you for reporting on this. We have had many major problems over there for the past several years. This recent development with the roof blowing off was the last straw that my mother and I were willing to deal with. She is 57 years old and has lived over there for around about eight of those years. She has never missed a payment on rent ever and she has had to deal with much more than what has been stated. She never should have had to live in those unsanitary conditions. I remember nights where the toilets in the hallway and in her room would overflow and just pour out all over the house. We have been through so many different situations over there that it isn't even funny. So on behalf of me, my mom, and the rest of the remaining tenants over at the Baytree apartments, thanks for reporting this story. It's about time someone cared enough to get something done.
