Vaccination clinics this week

From City of Lubbock:

The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold vaccination clinics for both adults and children at the following locations during the week of October 7, 2013:

10/7  Groves Library   5520 19th St.   1:00-3:30 p.m.

10/9   Health Department   806 18th St.  8:30 a.m -Noon

10/11   Health Department   806 18th St.   8:30 a.m.-Noon

Vaccines will be available for ages 2 months through adulthood. Adult vaccine prices vary.  The cost for children's vaccines (age 2 months -18 years) is $15.00 for one dose of vaccine or $20.00 for 2 or more. Influenza vaccine is now available.

All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services' guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.
