From City of Lubbock: CITY TO HOLD IMMUNIZATION CLINIC AT MAE SIMMONS

The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold an immunization clinic on August 24th at the Mae Simmons Senior Citizen Center located at 2004 Oak. The clinic will run from 9:00 to Noon. Vaccines will be available for children 4 years through 18 years of age. The cost for children’s vaccines is $10.00 for one dose of vaccine or $15.00 for 2 or more.

A COMPLETE SHOT RECORD IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME

IMMUNIZATIONS ARE REQUESTED.

All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services’ guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.
