Covenant School of Nursing is currently accepting application for the fall semester of 2013. The deadline will be 4 p.m. on March 18.  Late applications will not be accepted.
All admission materials must be together in a large envelope. The materials can be mailed or delivered in person. Materials needed for admission include:

·         Online application found on Covenant Health's website
·         Resume
·         Application fee
·         Official, unopened high school transcript
·         Official, unopened college/university transcript
·         Three reference forms
·         Passing TEAS V Entrance Exam scores
·         Proof of Permanent Resident alien status if applicable
