Covenant hosts open house for Medical Fitness Week

COVENANT HEALTH PRESS RELEASE

Covenant Health will host an open house event to celebrate the Ninth Annual Medical Fitness Week. The event will be on Friday, April 26 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Covenant LifeStyle Centre.
 
The open house will feature information sessions on nutrition, exercise and screenings. The event is free, and is open to Covenant employees and the public.
 
There will be door prizes at the conclusion of the event. Participants have a chance to win a free consultation with a LifeStyle Centre dietitian, a free point-of-care screening from Covenant Well Heart, and a grand prize of a one-year membership to the Covenant LifeStyle Centre. Covenant employees will receive 2,500 points courtesy of Covenant Discover Wellness.
 
The Covenant LifeStyle Centre is located on the sixth floor of the east parking garage at the corner of 21st Street and Joliet Avenue.
