Health Dept. Vaccination Clinics this week

The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold vaccination clinics for both adults and children at the following locations during the week of May 12, 2014:
 
5/ 12/2014   Patterson Library   1836 Parkway Drive   1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
5/13/2014   Health Department   806 18th St.   2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
5/14/2014   Health Department   1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
5/16/2014   Health Department   8:30 a.m. - Noon  
 
Vaccines will be available for ages 2 months through adulthood. Adult vaccine prices vary. The cost for children's vaccines (age 2 months -18 years) is $15.00 for one dose of vaccine or $20.00 for 2 or more. Influenza vaccine is now available.
 
All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services' guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.
