Albertsons sells two stores as part of United family deal

Albertsons sold two of its grocery locations to Lawrence Brothers. Christine Wilcox with Alberstons said the stores in Amarillo and Witchita Falls will close as Albertsons in mid-January. 
Lawrence Brothers also bought those stores' inventory.

Wilcox said Albertsons LLC sold the locations to comply with a request from the federal trade commission.as part of conditions toward closing the deal to acquire United Supermarkets as a subsidiary. She says no other store locations are impacted.
