Turkey Sloppy Joes

1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
4 hamburger buns, for serving (optional)

Brown turkey over medium heat with onion and bell pepper. Cook until turkey is done and onions are soft, about 10 minutes.
Add chili powder, pepper and garlic. Stir with meat, and cook until you can smell the garlic, about one to two minutes.
Reduce heat to low, and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until it becomes thick, about 10 minutes.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns

Baked Sweet Potato Fries (Serves 4)

3-4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick fries
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt

Toss sweet potato pieces in oil, then lay them out in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. You may need two sheets, because you do not want the potatoes touching. They will not crisp up if they are touching.
Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes. Flip the potatoes half way through cooking. If you are using two baking sheets, rotate them halfway through the cooking process.
