Kat's Kitchen- Using Ranch Seasoning Mix

Ranch Seasoning Mix

1/3 cup dried buttermilk
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

Stir together all ingredients, or put them in a mason jar and shake. 
For storage, seal and keep in the refrigerator. 

Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
3 Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2-4 Tablespoons milk, optional

For a thick dipping sauce, stir together three tablespoons of seasoning and 1/2 cup yogurt. 
If a thinner dressing is desired for salads, stir in two to four tablespoons of milk.

Ranch Roasted Potatoes

2 pounds of baby red pototoes, cut into chunks of equal size
3 Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Toss potatoes in seasoning and oil. 
Spread into a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. 
Bake at 400* for 45 minutes to an hour, or until potatoes are cooked through and crispy around the edges.
