12 ounces of chocolate almond bark, melted
12 ounces of vanilla almond bark, melted
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
8 candy canes, crushed


Pour melted chocolate onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread in a thin layer, but chocolate should not reach the Let set in freezer for 5 minutes, or until chocolate has lost its glossy texture. 
Mix melted vanilla almond bark with peppermint extract.
Pour vanilla almond bark over chocolate, and top with crushed candy canes. 
Let set in freezer for at least 30 minutes, or set. 
Break into pieces, and store in an air tight container.
