Kat's Kitchen- Peach & Blackberry Buckle

1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk 
1 cup flour 
2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
4 peaches (about two cups), peeled and diced
1 cup blackberries
Streusel topping, recipe below

Melt butter in an 8X8 baking dish. 
Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add milk, and stir until mixed. 
Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, and stir until combined. 
Arrange peach pieces and blackberries over the top of the batter. Do not mix in. They will sink during cooking. 
Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the fruit. Bake in a 325* oven for 50 minutes. 
Remove, and sprinkle on the rest of the streusel topping. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
Serve with vanilla ice cream. 

Streusel Topping:

1/4 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mash together sugar and butter with a fork. 
Add in flour and cinnamon. Mix with a fork until it forms a crumbly texture.
