Crispy Kale Chips

1 bunch kale
Cooking spray
Salt, to taste

Strip kale from stem, making sure to remove all of the fibrous stem. Tear into two to three inch pieces, and place on a baking sheet. 
Toss with cooking spray and salt. Arrange kale pieces in a single layer.
Bake at 275* for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy.
