Spinach Artichoke Wreath
Submitted by Chris S.

4 slices bacon, cooked
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 package frozen spinach, cooked
1/2 cup frozen artichokes, cooked and chopped
2 cans (8 oz.) Crescent rolls
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten

Break bacon into small pieces.
Mix together cream cheese, bacon, spinach, artichokes, salt and pepper
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
On an ungreased cookie sheet or 14 inch pizza pan, arrange triangles with the wide ends towards center, overlapping in a wreath shape.
Spoon the spinach mix onto thick part of dough. Pull the end points of crescent dough over the spinach mixture, and tuck under. This should form a wreath.
Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with egg.
Bake at 375* for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are browned.
Serve any extra spinach dip mixture with chips or crackers.
