1 stick butter
6 to 7 eggs, depending on the size
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla, optional
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish in a 350* oven until bubbly.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients well, and pour into hot pan.
Bake at 350* for 25 to 35 minutes, or until it has puffed up and browned around the edges.
Cut into pieces.
Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruits or drunken berries (recipe below).

Drunken Berries

2 cups fresh berries, like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4-1/2 cup sweet wine, flavored liquor or orange juice

In a shallow tupperware dish, toss the strawberries with sugar.
Pour enough of the liquor over the berries to nearly cover them. Cover and let soak for at least an hour.
