Calm down, perverts. If you clicked this link because you got all hot and bothered over "Adult
Classics Series," you're likely going to be sorely disappointed.
Cinemark has chosen four great movies to screen on Wednesdays for the next four weeks with kids being kept away from screenings. Well, at least they'll have to have a parent attend with
them, as per the rules for R-rated movies. Although, I'd think Cinemark's policy of keeping kids younger than six years old out of R-rated movies at all would stand.Adult Classics Series ScheduleApril 24: "Raging Bull"
Martin Scorsese's masterpiece, for my money, and De Niro's best performance.May 1: "The Graduate"
I get something different out of this movie every time I watch it.May 8: "Alien"
Ridley Scott's groundbreaking original holds up as one of the great jump-out-of-your-seat movies, and makes me sad "Prometheus" kinda sucked.May 15: "Blazing Saddles"
Mel Brooks' funniest movie aside from "The Producers." The Sheriff is near, indeed.
All movies screen at 2p.m. and 7p.m. each day. Tickets for adults are $6.25 for matinees, $8.50 for evenings. Tickets for all four are $20 regardless of screening time. Other events at Movies 16:
