In a series to recognize the American farmer and agriculture, we bring you the patriotic producer. Today's patriotic producer is a Gaines County cotton farmer.
"My name is Koby Reed, I farm in Gaines County, Texas, I've been farming since I was 17 years old so several years now, I started in 1996," Reed said. "One of the greatest things that I'm proud of farming in America is the freedom we have. Freedom of choice, freedom to exercise religion, of course the freedom to carry, the right to bear arms. Of course the greatest of those is the freedom of my religion the freedom to serve my God and the choices we have as Americans. Hopefully in these times we can maintain those liberties."
Look forward to meeting a new patriotic producer each week day in July.
