The Federal Emergency Management Agency has granted Governor Perry's request to expand a major disaster declaration from 45 to 119 counties. Crosby, Dickens, Lamb, and Swisher counties have made the updated list.
Local governments, state agencies, and certain non-profit organizations in those counties can apply for up to 75% reimbursement for costs from responding or helping fight wildfires.
