This year's Southwest Beef Symposium will feature three educational sessions, as well as a trade show. Presentation topics include a market outlook for U.S. beef, beef cattle marketing, disaster recovery and range nutrition.
Registration is $50 and covers a steak dinner, lunch, refreshments and printed materials. Participants are asked to register by January 5th. The Symposium will be held January 17-18 at the Roswell Convention Center in Roswell, NM.
