What if at the click of a mouse, we can bring the store to us and get our shopping done without leaving our house?
For many across the country this is happening, with a variety of new services to make grocery shopping mobile.
Some companies already deliver your food right to your door, but that comes with an added price for convenience and experts say this is largely still considered a luxury service with many reluctant to jump on board.
But now, many grocery store chains like giant and safeway are offering another option called "Click and Collect" shopping.
The idea is to order your groceries online then head to one of their pickup locations at a specified time to pick up your groceries curbside.
The bonus is no shipping costs and in some cases, you may not even have to leave your car.
The idea is to make the time-consuming task of going to the store more like a pit stop like you'd make at a gas station.
But beware, this is very much in it's infancy and the services vary between grocery stores.
Not all are free and some require customers to go into stores to pickup rather than wait in the car.
So before you sign up for a program go online to check it out and know what you're agreeing to.
